발명가 고든 켄트(Gordon Kent)는 과학자 아드리안 사익스(Adrian Sykes)를 살해한 혐의로 메인 주 모건 카운티 법정에 섰습니다. 고고학자는 지구가 원자 시대에 진입할 때 경고하기 위해 외계 세력이 수천 년 전에 고립된 동굴에 설치한 녹음 장치를 발견했습니다. 법원은 거의 확실한 외계인 침공에 대한 켄트의 경고를 무시합니다.
